Electronic Tuning Fork Level Switch LS250
Principle structure
The LS250 tuning fork type level limit switch is a general-pur- pose level limit switch. The tuning fork is vibrated by piezoelectric crystal excitation. When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid or solid, the vibration frequency changes. This frequency change is detected by the electronic circuit and is not affected by the electrical parameters of the medium or factors such as turbulence, agitation, bubbles, and vibration. There are no moving parts, so no maintenance or adjustment is required. It is an ideal choice for level switches in complex working conditions.
